Returns/Refunds
TrueSmoothSkin™’s return/refund policy lasts 90 days. After 90 days we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
1. To be eligible to claim a refund, you must have purchased the TrueSmoothSkin™ Handset from https://TrueSmoothSkin.com/ within the past 90 days.
2. If you are not completely satisfied by the performance of our TrueSmoothSkin™ Handset, email a customer care representative at TrueSmoothSkin@gmail.com with an explanation for your return and refund request.
3. Once approved you will receive an email with the return address and return authorization number.
4. When shipping the TrueSmoothSkin™ Handset to us, it must be in its original packaging. Please place your return authorization slip in the package. Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. Items that are damaged due to the user’s misuse or abuse will be deemed invalid.
6. All postage costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded. Once the TrueSmoothSkin™ Handset is received back at our warehouse, the TrueSmoothSkin™ Handset will be inspected. We will send you an email letting you know that your item was received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your purchase price will be refunded to your original method of payment. It can take several days for the refund to post back to your original payment.

Can I cancel my order for a refund?
We offer full refunds minus a 15% restocking fee within 6 hours after placing your order. Due to our orders being shipped daily, we are unable to cancel an order after this time has passed.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturer’s defect. The manufacturer’s warranty for manufaturing defects and damage is 12 months. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at TrueSmoothSkin@gmail.com first.
